Water Color

This is like take 5. I started doing flowers, and the I did different flowers and I didn't like the way stuff was turning out, so I did sports, stuff that i was more familiar with. I play basketball, softball and volleyball. But this year was my last year of softball. I think that if I had started with this plan to begin with, I would have done better, but I was being rushed, once again and rushing trying to get stuff done and turned in, it turned out to be a piece of work.

Character Skeleton

I feel that I did really god on this one. I think it looks good, too. I used to watch spongebob all of the time, and squidword was my favorite, so that is why i chose to do this one. I think if I could do it over, that I would try to do better on it with the feet, or whatever you want to call those things. This is actually one of my favorite projects! My favorite thing about this project is the way the bones are! It's almost perfect, but it's obviously not.

Text Positive/Negative

I kind of rushed on this, all because I really didn't feel like doing it.  I wasn't very creative with this piece.  I don't feel like this piece was very successful. Nothing really worked much about this, it looks like I just slapped some letters on there and called it good. If I were to do this project again, I would definatley take more time on it, because now that i realize how bad it looks, I wish I would have done better and tried harder the first time. Figuring out which letters i was going to do was probably the hardest part of this project. The easiest part this time was probably the painting, i didn't do well on it, but I feel that was the easiest part, this time. I learned that taking your time on projects like this really does matter, because you aren't going to like the outcome if you don't take your time and do it right the first time.

Positive/Negative Text

 I chose to write the text in Chinese, because everyone else was writing in English, and I didn't want to have the same thing as everyone else. Not only is this just part of their text, but the text you see in the picture are symbols. This piece above says "Forever In Our Hearts" Along with my cousins birth and death date, as well as my grandmas. The point of this was to focus more on the poisitve and negative space. I feel like I payed more attention to the type of design I put into the thumbnail.  I feel partially successful, mostly because I didn't pay attention to the point of the assignment. My creativity went well with this, not so much the painting, though. If I were to redo this project, I would have taken my time more on the painting and pay more attention to the positive and negative space. The most difficult part of this piece was trying to paint everything perectly so that others could see to positive and negative space. 

Photography

                  I have chosen to do the art field of Photography. Although, Iam not really into it now, I could definatley see myself doing photography in the future. Not only would I just be doing photogrpahy, though, I would like to go to college for 4-6 years to become a successful RN. What is striving me to do this, is because so many people are able to take some really good pictures, and every time I see a good picture, I wish that I could do that as well, and take good pictures, along with others. College photographers earn about $36,370 a year. Earnings tend to be lower for photographers that work part-time. I would like to look at skill towards lighting, spacing, editing techniques and film development.
                 Portrait Photographers usually take pictures of individuals or even a group of people. They may own their own studio, and take pictures or go out to events like Weddings, Birthday Parties, or other Social Events. Commercial Photographers take pictures of places or products for commercial use in books, magazines, calenders, and even websites. Weather the product is being set with a human being, or the product alone, Photography is Photography. What I would like to look at more, is focusing on creating art out of my own work.
                You wouldn't really need to go to college for Photography, but if you would like to learn how to run a successful business in Photography, then I would say about 4 years. I think that if you were to go out and actually learn how to take pictures on your own, you would have a better way of expressing your creativity and the things that influence you. I would like to work with my friends, but if none of them are interested, I can't make them work with me, but it would be good to have someone helping me out, and working with me. After the research I have done, I'm still okay with doing Photography but, I wouldn't want to do it for a living. Like I said, I want to be an RN, so Photography would be something I would do for fun when I had free time.

The Doodle Assignment

This was definatley one of my favorites. I took my time on this and was super excited, and thought that I was very successful with this. Sure, other people did better, but not everybodys opinion matters.  I even took it home to work on, by by time I got it home the project was already done. I couldn't help myself to get it finished! I would do this over but if I did I would make a few adjustments and call her good! I think if I would have came up with more ideas, it could have been more creative. All in all, I felt it turned out pretty good.

Two Point Perspective City Building Drawing

During this piece, I was rushing, big time. I didn't really care much for it because I felt it would have turned our bad and just would have looked really bad. I don't think it turned out too bad but I wish I would have done better. In the future, if I were to re-draw this, I don't think I would, just because of seeing when i first started in class I at least now that i'm progressing.

One Point Perspective Drawing Of Your Name

I really like this one. I put a lot of time into it. If  I were able to redo this project, I would. I like being able to feel good about what I have drawn! When I re-did it, I would probably try to mix the colors a little better and make the letters all one size. I felt kind of creative while drawing this, and be able to sit next to my friends and talk while drawing makes it all the more better.

Design A Hallway

I honestly thought this was the coolest thing when I drew it. Now that I see it, it's definatley not the best thing I've drawn. it's a piece of work, let me tell you. I would probably not want to do this over just because it takes too much time and I'm not too well with taking my time, I'm not a patient person. It's so bright and colorful that if I would draw what I imagined, it'd be ridiculously awesome!

Color Wheel

This piece I did fairly well on. I think if I were more confident in myself, I could have done a better job. In my opinion, I think I was creative with putting 1 for primary and 2 for secondary and 3 for turshiairy. Because this project was so fun, I would definatley like doing it over. Although it was time consuming and you had to get every color almost perfect, it would still be fun. If I were to do this over, i wouldn't put the circles on the inside of my project and I would definatley be more creative.
